Thank you for your interest in presenting at the 2022 CWA Summit! We are seeking speakers, presenters, and experts to help produce a stellar professional development conference for the indoor climbing industry.
If you have an area of expertise and would like to share your knowledge, information, or skills, please submit a proposal by Thursday, August 19, 2021.
Conference sessions will be scheduled on Thursday, May 19 and Friday, May 20, 2022. The conference program will cover the following high-level topics:
Conference sessions should address best practices, especially focused on new, emerging, or innovative topics. Our goal is to generate lively and constructive discussion on topics that are important to industry professionals. Help us promote constructive and healthy dialogue within the climbing community!
The session must be educational. Sales pitches will not be considered. The format can be lecture and discussion, roundtable discussion, panel discussion, hands-on workshop, etc. We encourage you to be creative and think beyond a standard presentation-style format!
When crafting your proposal, consider the needs and interests of the following job functions in the indoor climbing industry:
Presenter Registration Offer: Each conference presenter will receive a complimentary registration for the conference. This discount is extended to ONE presenter per session and is not applicable to sponsor or exhibitor fees. Additional presenters and panelists can register for the conference at a discounted rate of $275.00.
Deadline and Submission Instructions: Please complete and submit your proposal by August 19, 2021 for priority consideration. Applications will be accepted after August 19, 2021 on a rolling basis until all sessions are filled (we have approximately 35-40 spaces). Selected proposals will begin to be published in October 2021.
