For a project to be eligible for consideration, the following should be met and clearly demonstrated in the cover letter:

• it must have been fully completed during the past calendar year,
• an ITE member (employed by the organization who either commissioned the project or performed the work related to the project) should have had a significant role in undertaking the project.

Submission Requirements:

A complete nomination package should entail the following:

• A cover letter (not more than 500 words), outlining reasons for nominating the project. 
• Up of 3 additional pages, discussing the evaluation criteria 1 to 3, with clear headings, elaborating on how the project meets each criterion. The additional pages may also include references to methods used, feasible and reliable solutions, client testimonials and graphics.
