APF Themes:
You are invited to present subject matter pertaining to any of the themes outlined below. All presentation and posters must fit into one of these themes. Please focus on approaches that are novel and innovative as well as practical and applicable. Share your outcomes, lessons learned and the impact of your programs or models of care.
Note: Abstract proposals may include what has been listed but it is not limited to this. We welcome proposals that you deem are relevant for the theme selected.

Preliminary Schedule:
Following a hybrid format again this year, please find here the preliminary schedule for both the Alliance Meeting and the Allied Professionals Forum.

Presentation Format:
Presentations should be no longer than 15 minutes with an additional 5 minutes for questions from the in-person and virtual audience. Virtual presentations will be presented via pre-recorded video followed by live Q&A. The file type required for those submitting a virtual abstract is MP4.
Eligibility:
The Program Committee does not guarantee that all abstracts will be accepted for presentation. The Committee will review all abstracts submitted by the deadline. Abstracts will be selected based on the presentation, time available and the quality of the work submitted. In person presentations only. Virtual presentations will be considered upon evaluating special circumstances.
Please note that there are limited sessions to present available.
