Abstract submission for the 2024 Virtual Poster Hall is now open!

This form is for submissions to the Virtual Poster Hall to be presented as part of the Allied Professionals Forum.

Available in advance of the Forum (December 4-5), the Virtual Poster Hall will open on Tuesday, October 29, 2024. Attendees of the Forum will be invited to join the deconstructed virtual poster hall discussion on Thursday, November 14, 2024, where topics highlighted in the Hall will be discussed. 

APF Themes:

You are invited to present subject matter pertaining to any of the themes outlined below. All posters must fit into one of these themes. Please focus on approaches that are novel and innovative as well as practical and applicable. Share your outcomes, lessons learned and the impact of your programs or models of care.

Note: Abstract proposals may include what has been listed but it is not limited to this. We welcome proposals that you deem are relevant for the theme selected.

Abstract Submission Deadline:	Monday, September 30, 2024 – 5:00PM ET (UTC – 4 hours)
Virtual Poster Hall Opens:	Tuesday, October 29, 2024
Poster Hall Discussion:	Thursday, November 14, 2024
Virtual Poster Hall Closes:	Thursday, December 5, 2024

 

Poster Style/Format: 

Participants who are selected to present a poster will need to submit a digital copy of their poster along with a 1-3 minute video (.mp4 file format) summarizing the highlights of their work.

The Program Committee does not guarantee that all abstracts will be accepted. The Committee will review all abstracts submitted by the deadline.
