Welcome to the National Canadian Conference on Research Administration (CCRA) 2023 presenter/speaker application portal. Using this online form, please submit your presentation details for our selection committee for review. CARA is seeking experts and innovators to share their successes, solutions, experience, and stories at this year’s National 2023 conference.

2023 National Conference Theme: Charting successful pathways in Research

CARA aims to provide a program balancing the wide variety of learning needs for research administrators/managers across the nation. We welcome proposals for sessions that will help our community intelligently assess their challenges and constraints and take practical steps toward effective solutions. We are also open to proposals presenting solutions and strategies from other sectors that would be equally innovative and of interest to Research Administrators and Managers.

The deadline to submit your idea(s) has been extended until Tuesday, February 28th, 2023, at 11:59 PM PST.

While you complete your application, you will be asked to upload a photo of yourself, a short bio, and information such as a title, and a description. Your application will auto-save, so please feel free to contact us if you face any issues while submitting your information.

Sessions and Workshops will be assessed and rated confidentially by the NCPC 2023 committee members based on 4 main criteria:
- CARA Strategic Plan
- Relevance/Interest in the Research Administration Community
- Organized and Defined
- Opportunity for Delegates' Engagement
