Welcome to the 20th Annual IMGC HYBRID Symposium!

This upcoming symposium is hosted at the University College Cork in Ireland. The annual symposium brings together international experts in milk science, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, nutrition, genomics, anthropology, bioinformatics to share the latest discoveries and implications in scientific research on milk for human health.

Submit your abstract(s) for a poster presentation on recent research related to all aspects in the field from innovative methods and novel discoveries to clinical research.

We are accepting abstracts for POSTER PRESENTATION ONLY on five session topics:

• Novel Discoveries in Bioactive Milk Lipids
• Emerging 'Omic' Discoveries in Milk
• Bioactive Milk Proteins, Peptides and Enzymes
• Microbiome: Breakthrough Innovations and Discoveries
• Hottest Topics in Milk and Immunity

• Registration opens: May 1, 2023 
• Abstract notifications for oral presentations will be sent: May 8, 2023
• Abstract submission closes for poster presentations: June 1, 2023
• Abstract notifications for poster presentations: June 7, 2023
• Early bird registration for in-person tickets (in-person & virtual access) closes: July 15, 2023
• Non-early bird registration for in-person tickets (in-person & virtual access) closes: August 15, 2023
• Virtual only registration closes: February 15, 2024
