It is imperative that this information is received by the submission deadline in order to release the session schedule on June 14.

The total session runtime is limited to 60 minutes for member issue forums and 90 minutes for established braintrusts. The total run time includes intro/outro elements, remarks, sponsor elements, and included media. Please find the list of established Braintrusts and session track descriptions here.

This year's Annual Legislative Conference will feature 30 member issue forums and 15 braintrusts. Sessions will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis. As such, the CBCF Events Team will work in collaboration with the session hosts to eliminate session topic duplication and encourage collaboration between members. Each CBC Member is allotted ONE session during ALC. Members who are leads of established braintrusts, can choose to host a member issue forum OR their established braintrust.

CBCF reserves the right to move the date and time of the session as necessary to support optimal virtual conference programming. The requestor will be immediately notified should any such change by made.
