Meeting Times: (hybrid meeting format: In-person in San Diego / Virtual attendees):

  • November 30 (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM GMT -4)

  • December 1 (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM GMT -4)

  • December 2 (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM GMT -4)


Presentation Format:

  • Presentations are typically 10 - 15 minutes long, with an additional 5 minutes allotted for questions from the audience.
  • Slides for video is a requirement.
  • File type for those submitting for a virtual presentation: MP4

Poster Style/Format: 

  • All posters must be in PDF format (it is recommended you make your poster in PowerPoint, and then save as a PDF). 
  • Your poster should be one page (one slide in PowerPoint). 
  • Keep the text easy to read and concise; the poster should have a clear message, a logical layout and be easy to comprehend. 

Poster Content: 

  • The top of the poster should include the title, authors(s) and affiliation(s). 
  • Include background, methods, results, and conclusions if appropriate.

    Audio Content 
  • You may prepare a 1–3 minute audio file to accompany your poster. This is optional but encouraged.  
  • This is an opportunity to introduce your research. Ask yourself why someone would want to read your poster? What is interesting about your research and why people should care about it. Think of it like an elevator pitch. 

You are invited to present subject matter pertaining to any of the themes outlined below. All presentations must fit into one of these themes. Please focus on approaches that are novel and innovative as well as practical and applicable. Share your outcomes, lessons learned and the impact of your programs or models of care.
