📢  ALLIED PROFESSIONALS FORUM (APF) Submissions

Poster Style/Format: 

  • Participants who will be presenting their posters live in San Diego, must provide both a printed poster as well as an .mp4 with voiceover narration for distribution on the virtual platform.

  • Your poster should be one page (one slide in PowerPoint). 

  • Keep the text easy to read and concise; the poster should have a clear message, a logical layout and be easy to comprehend. 

  • All posters being presented live in San Diego must be printed and no larger than 841mm X 1189mm (A0).

Poster Content:

  • The top of the poster should include the title, authors(s) and affiliation(s).
     
  • Include background, methods, results, and conclusions if appropriate.


Audio Content: 

  • All participants who will be presenting their posters (either live or in-person) must prepare a 1–3 minute audio file to accompany your poster. This is mandatory.

  • This is an opportunity to introduce your research. Ask yourself why someone would want to read your poster? What is interesting about your research and why people should care about it. Think of it like an elevator pitch.

Themes:

You are invited to present subject matter pertaining to any of the themes outlined below. All posters must fit into one of these themes. Please focus on approaches that are novel and innovative as well as practical and applicable. Share your outcomes, lessons learned and the impact of your programs or models of care.
