Call for Papers - 20 minute oral presentation. The program committee invites interested parties to submit proposals for papers/presentation as part of the conference program.

Poster sessions: Posters shall showcase the most important aspects of your organization or work within the nuclear industry. A focus on your contribution, either past or present on impacting the nuclear industry in a positive way. |
Student Program: Note: Students who are enrolled in post-secondary institutions in programs (including internship or co-op programs) that are aligned to the Nuclear Industry are invited to submit. |

Fast Pitch: Present research or an idea and its wider impact in three (3) minutes or less. This should showcase how your idea could change the nuclear industry in a positive way.

Poster sessions: Posters shall showcase the most important aspects of your research. Posters should have applicability to the nuclear industry and radiation technologies and/or the benefits related to these technologies. |
If you previously submitted an application for the 2020 conference, you are asked to resubmit your application below.
Important dates
Please note the deadlines and notification of acceptance for all the items above are the same.
Applications are due: April 23, 2021
Notice of acceptance: May 28, 2021.
Final content due (for oral presentations and poster sessions: October 1, 2021.
Evaluation of Application:
The Program Committee will evaluate all proposals submitted by the deadline. Proposals will be evaluated in two ways:
· Merit and clarity of the 300-word abstract (for oral presentation and poster session) OR merit and clarity of submission (for Fast Pitch); and
· Completeness of the proposal, particularly having well-developed content to understand all relevant aspects of the topic.
