A Note About Time Zones
For planning purposes, session times on the conference website are in Eastern Daylight Time. HOWEVER, when you are in the virtual event portal, times are automatically adjusted based on your browser's detected location. As a result, you will be able to follow sessions based on your own time zone! You can double-check your time zone by navigating to your Accounts tab within the virtual event portal.
System Requirements for Virtual Access
We are using PheedLoop to power our virtual event. For the best user experience, we recommend using the desktop version of the platform (not mobile) and the most up-to-date version of Chrome. Please note that Internet Explorer is not a supported browser due to it being incompatible with modern web performance and security standards. Review the PheedLoop Recommended System & Internet Requirements prior to attending the virtual event.
Registration Confirmation & Virtual Portal Access
Upon registration, the person who completed the transaction will receive a Registration Receipt email with a copy of the receipt. If you registered more than one person in your transaction, EACH person will receive a Registration Confirmation email which will include access to the virtual portal. Note: the virtual portal will open on Monday, October 18 (one week before the live event).
Credit Card Transactions
Internet Librarian is organized and produced by Information Today, Inc. (Medford, NJ). Charges for registration fees will show on your credit card statement as ITIEVENTS* REG#. Note: the REG# is the registration ID on your registration confirmation.
Group Discount Program
If you are registering multiple attendees at the same time, you are eligible for a $100 discount. All group registrations must be from the same organization and submitted at the same time by selecting the appropriate ticket quantity and entering the individuall ticket owner during the registration process. Each person registered for a ticket will receive an email confirmation. We are unable to apply discounts to existing registrations. No cancellations, transfers, or refunds will be issued after purchase.
Privacy Notice & Terms Of Use
By registering for one of our online events, you understand and agree to our Code of Conduct and Privacy Policy. Additional details regarding our collection and use of your personal information is available in our Privacy Policy.
By registering for the virtual event attendees agree to have their name, title, and company published on the virtual event portal which will allow them to interact with other participants. Attendees also agree to receive notifications regarding important announcements and private chat features within the virtual portal. Attendees can choose to opt-out of these settings at any time by navigating to the Account section of their virtual event portal after registration is complete.
If you choose to use the Request Information function at a virtual both, you are sharing your information with that company, who may send you marketing communications in accordance with their own privacy policy. If you do not want to share your data, do not use this function.
