Each submission will be peer-reviewed by two reviewers. Please note that the information provided will appear in the online program and mobile app. You are encouraged to submit up to two submissions as a presenting author. To facilitate participation in the program by as many individuals as possible, individuals are limited to one presenting role. If both presentations are accepted, you will have the opportunity to decide which one will be presented. At that time, you may also designate another individual to be in the presenting role, as long as it is their only presenting role.

Below is the information you will need for your submission. Once completed, an email will be sent to you as confirmation of your submission. You will be able to edit your submission up to the deadline. 

Submission formatting: There will be a maximum of 2 tables and 1 figure. You must combine all figures and files and upload them as one PDF document. All abstracts will be pasted into a textbox, not uploaded as a Word processing document. 

Paper Symposium

The Paper Symposium is a focused group of presentations submitted together on a common theme. Symposium goals should include diversity and integration of perspectives. To attain cohesion, the symposium should focus on a specific topic and emphasize cross-cutting issues. The chair should submit the entire session.

Roles: 1 Chair, 1 Discussant (optional), 3-4 papers with one presenting author each. Please only include 3 papers if there is a discussant.

Required Submission Materials for the Symposium:

• Title
• Panel Topic
• Chair (and Discussant) Information
• Integrative Statement (1,000 characters)

Required for each paper to be presented within the symposium:

• Title
• Author Information (First Name, Last Name)
• Abstract (2,500 characters, not including spaces)
• One table and/or figure (optional)
