Call For Abstracts

The SSR Program Committee welcomes abstracts reporting new basic, clinical, and/or translational research findings in the field of reproduction. You do not need to be a Member of SSR to submit an abstract. There are no restrictions on species involved. Please adhere to all rules for the submission and format of abstracts. Failure to comply may be cause for rejection.

Confirmation of Submission

As the abstract submitter, you will create an account with our event platform, PheedLoop, as the first step of your submission. You will enter your name and email address to receive a magic link to your account.  

Submitting Authors
Submitting authors are considered the "presenter" and will be expected in-person at the conference. During the submission process, you will have the opportunity to add up to 30 additional contributing authors. All contributing authors will be listed on the published abstract book.

All Abstracts Must Be Submitted Online

The submission deadline is 11:59 PM (EST) on May 15, 2023. Please see the Submission Procedures below for specific instructions. You will be able to save your submission-in-progress in the system; however, the submission must be completed and uploaded by the submission deadline.

Please note, the abstract submission field has a max of 2500 characters and the title field has a max of 1000 characters. On average, this will amount to 500 words and 200 words respectively.
