Michael Vitale is Stage Manager, Production Manager, Educator, and now Associate Director of Production. He spent years as an AEA & AGMA stage manager working in theatre, dance, musical theatre, special events, opera, and classical music. During this time, Michael worked with companies across the performing arts spectrum in venues from the Hollywood Bowl to the Barbican Centre in London. Alongside stage managing, Michael spent time as an adjunct professor, teaching stage management at California State University, Fullerton and Pomona College. In 2015 Michael took a full time position with the Los Angeles Philharmonic where, as Associate Director of Production, he now calls on the diversity of his theatrical experience to produce projects that combine disciplines in challenging and innovative ways. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatrical Production from California State University, Fullerton and Master of Fine Arts from the University of California, Irvine.
