In appreciation of the value that CanSPEP places on mentorship, and in honour of Heidi Wilker, long standing member of CanSPEP who has mentored countless colleagues, this award recognizes a CanSPEP member who has demonstrated his/her commitment to mentoring by guiding, supporting and promoting the training and career development of fellow members and who has had a significant positive impact on their mentees’ careers. 

1. Number of years as a CanSPEP member (nominee must have a minimum of three (3) years of continuous, active membership).
2. Please include a testimonial from a mentee for whom the nominee has a significant positive impact on their career? Testimonial must reference: intellectual growth and development; career development; professional guidance; positive role modeling (200 word minimum).
3. Confirm nominee has provided career development and professional guidance to at least two CanSPEP members or students. Please list the names of at least two (2) members or students who may be contacted to confirm. You may add more names if you wish.
