Dates and Times
- November 9-11, 2022 (Wednesday through Friday).
- Exhibitor registration begins at 8am on Wednesday, November 9.
- Exhibit booths need to be set up by 11am on Wednesday.
Exhibit booth assignments will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis based on the date of application. Every effort will be made to not place competing companies next to each other.
Name Badges Required at ALL Events
- Due to growth, we are holding our conference in the Convention Center. For security reasons, all attendees will be required to wear their provided name badges at all times in order to access, meals, keynote sessions, breakout sessions and exhibit hall social hours.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Refunds will be honored (less 25% administrative costs) if cancellations are in writing or sent via email on or prior to September 30, 2022. Refund requests will not be honored after that date and payment will be required whether or not you attend the conference. Refund requests received on or before September 30, 2022, will be processed at the conclusion of the conference. By continuing with your registration, you are indicating that you agree with these terms and conditions.
