How to Apply

Complete this online application form. This is a quick process, and you can edit your details at any time via the exhibitor portal which you will be granted upon successfully submitting your application. Your profile will be instantly available in the event application, website, and other external systems, and will sync with any future changes you make.

Following your application, you will receive a detailed email with information on how to set up your booth in the virtual platform.

Booth Rates

The regular booth rate is CAD$1,250.00, plus GST (5%).  This fee includes a premium booth and two representative registrations. 

Premium booths include lead retrieval and a live video feed to connect with attendees without the need to schedule. Booth reps may attend education sessions of their choosing at no additional charge. Additional representatives are required to register as attendees. Please contact IPACCanada@buksa.com to register additional representatives.

Virtual Exhibit Hall Schedule

During dedicated exhibit hours you are required to have your booth representatives available and at your booth to meet with attendees. During all other program times your booth will be available for attendees to view and they can reach out to schedule meetings with you.
