Exhibitor Application

Thank you for your interest in being an Exhibitor for the Iowa-Illinois Safety Council's Virtual 68th Annual Professional Development Conference & Expo. This is a new experience for many of us, and while we know being a virtual exhibitor is not the same as an in-person exhibit, we hope that we are able to give you some additional benefits this year that will make it valuable for you and your company. 

Submitting your exhibitor application is a quick and easy process!  Once submitted and approved you can edit your details at any time via the exhibitor portal. Your exhibitor profile will be instantly available in the event application, website, and other external systems, and will sync with any future changes you make.  You can pay via credit card during this application process or select payment by check and an invoice will be mailed to you.

Conference Dates: May 5-7, 2021 | 8:00 am - 12:30 pm daily
Exhibitor booths will be viewable by attendees on all three days however specific exhibitor breaks are only planned for May 6-7, 2021.

May 6: 9:00 - 9:45 am | 10:45 - 11:15 am
May 7: 9:00 - 9:45 am | 10:45 - 11:15 am

Exhibitor Benefits

All Exhibitors will receive:
  • 1 Virtual Exhibit "Booth"
  • 1 Exhibitor Manager Profile
  • Access to the Exhibitor Portal to upload your own documents and information
  • The ability to private message or publicly chat with attendees that visit your virtual booth
  • Utilize the event gamification feature to increase interaction with attendees
  • "Honorary IISC Sponsor" for 1 year which includes the following sponsorship benefits
    • Logo on the sponsor footer on www.iisc.org
    • Logo on the sponsor wall inside IISC training room
    • Recognition in all IISC emails that include the sponsor section
  • Inclusion in the 2021 Vendor Mall on the IISC website
  • Session sponsor for 1 breakout session
  • Logo included in pre-roll video showing before every breakout session

Premium Exhibitors will receive these additional benefits:
  • Full attendee list in excel format (including attendee name and mailing address. Will not include phone number or email address)
  • Live Lead Retrieval via the Exhibitor Portal
  • Ability to use live video with attendees or live demos inside your exhibitor "booth"
  • Included in the 3D virtual booth layout
  • Access for one Representative to attend all sessions

Attendees will be able to log into the virtual conference platform for a minimum of 30 days following the event to view sessions and will still be able to view your exhibit booth information during that time as well.
