Payment and Cancellation Policy
Full payment must be received by the OCFP to secure your exhibit booth space. A confirmation email will be sent to the identified exhibitor contact within 5 business days of receiving and processing payment.
Cancellations initiated by an exhibitor made:
- Prior to June 3, will be subject to a 25% administration fee.
- Between June 4 and August 5, will be subject to a 50% administration fee.
- On August 6 and until the show date, will be non-refundable.
All cancellations must be made in writing to the attention of the ASA Exhibitor and Sponsorship Specialist at ocfpasa@ocfp.on.ca
Exhibitor Agreement
We agree to abide by the conditions of the contract, including payment and cancellation policy, listed in the Annual Scientific Assembly Exhibitor/Sponsorship Rules and Regulations. We also agree to strictly follow CMA Standards, the MEDEC Code of Conduct, and any additional amendments as required by the OCFP and CFPC. We accept responsibility to inform all of our agents and representatives of these conditions and agree that they will also abide by these conditions.
Please reserve space for our exhibit at the Annual Scientific Assembly (ASA) 2019. We understand that this application becomes a contract when accepted by the Ontario College of Family Physicians (OCFP). We understand that every attempt will be made to comply with our request for exhibit space, but no guarantees can be made.
Please sign a copy of this Contract and Annual Scientific Assembly Exhibitor/Sponsorship Rules and Regulations and return a signed copy via email to ocfpasa@ocfp.on.ca.
