Application, Eligibility and Assignment of Space: The application to be an Exhibitor/Sponsor at REALTOR® QUEST 2020 must be made by an individual who has the authority to act for the applicant. TREB reserves the absolute right, in its sole and unfettered discretion, and without liability, to: (i) determine the eligibility of Exhibitors/Sponsors and exhibits for the Show, (ii) reject or prohibit exhibits or Exhibitors/Sponsors from participating in the Show; (iii) change or modify the layout of the Show and assign and, as necessary relocate exhibits or Exhibitors/Sponsors; (iv) cancel, in whole or in part, the Show due to an event of force majeure or other circumstances beyond TREB’s control; or (v) change the date, location and duration of the Show. Specific booth locations cannot be guaranteed.
Payment: Cheques must be received within 10 days. Registration will not be confirmed until payment is received. Late payment may result in the cancellation of your reserved booth. Registrations received after April 15, 2020 will be accepted with credit card payment only.
Cancellation: A full refund less processing fee ($100.00 plus hst) will be issued for a cancellation received in writing (fax or email suggested) up to February 28, 2020. Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after February 28, 2020.
