Terms and Conditions

Exhibiting at the Franchise Canada is exclusive to CFA Members. Non-CFA Members: Please contact our Lou Gervas, (lgervasi@cfa.ca)  for information about CFA membership. 

Terms: Full payment is required due upon booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Conditions: All exhibitors, sponsors and paid speakers must be in good financial standing with the Canadian Franchise Association (CFA). The CFA has the right to exclude companies with outstanding account balances.

The CFA reserves the right to cancel the Franchise Canada Show. In the event of a cancellation, liability will be limited to the return of all payments made towards this agreement with the CFA in full without interest. E & EO

In making this booking, you agree to comply with the exhibit guidelines per the exhibit portal. You acknowledge and have read the Terms & Conditions listed above and agree to comply with these regulations.

I certify that any advertisement(s) provided to CFA as part of this contract will adhere to the principles set forth in the Canadian Code of Advertising Standards (https://goo.gl/ YyIBpC) and agree to assume responsibility for the content(s), in whole and in part, in this advertisement.

Refund Policy: 

Cancellations received 30 days prior to the move-in date of the Franchise Canada show are eligible for a full refund less a $500 (+HST) administration fee. Refund request must be confirmed in writing by the show manager by 4:00 pm ET. Cancellation requests received within 30 days of move-in date of the Franchise Canada show can be transferred to any other Franchise Canada Show within the fiscal year (October 31).
