Thank you for your interest in presenting at our 60th annual HR Conference & Expo being held in-person at the Vancouver Convention Centre (West), on Tuesday, May 2nd - Wednesday, May 3rd, 2023, and also online on Thursday, May 11th - Friday, May 12th, 2023. 

The proposal submission deadline is Wednesday, July 20th, 2022, at 9:00am (PDT). Late submissions will not be accepted.
Notification on the status of a submission (acceptance or non-acceptance) will be emailed on or before Monday, September 26th, 2022. Shortlisted proposals will be contacted by CPHR BC & Yukon staff with next steps.

Please read the following information before you begin:

• All presentations will be recorded and will be made available, for on-demand viewing, for conference attendees for up to 60 days after the conference.
• Our members value the ability to interact and engage with the speakers the speakers live. As such, preference will be given to speakers who can present live at both the in-person and virtual conference. 
• Please ensure you have read the Speaker Proposal Guidelines before you begin your submission.
• If you wish to see the questions you need to answer before starting this application, please see a PDF copy of the Speaker Proposal Questions.
• Only submissions received by the online form will be reviewed. PDF or emailed submissions will not be accepted. 
• Preference is given to members. If you are not a member, click here to find out more about member benefits and how to become a member. 

This proposal process is intended for breakout presentations. 

• The proposal form will take approximately 15 minutes to complete as long as you have prepared your material in advance.
• If you are submitting proposals for several sessions, you must complete one form for each session.
• Please provide as much information as you are able to, some questions are required to continue.

Your responses will be saved as you click "Save Changes" at the end of each page based on your IP address - just come back to the same link and it will continue from where you left off, as long as you are using the same device and network.

• If you need to make changes to your submission, please do not use the Back button. Simply complete and edit your submission via the personalized link that will be emailed to you. 
• You will be able to edit your submission at any time up until the deadline. 
• At the last page of this form, you will be prompted to submit the proposal.

Important Note:
When you click "Start Application", please enter the information of the Lead Speaker (First Name, Last Name, Title and Organization). The email address entered will also receive all email communications. If you are submitting the application on behalf of someone else and would like to receive the communications, please enter your email address in this field. 

Once you have submitted your application, a confirmation email will be sent from no-reply@pheedloop.com, please check your Junk Folder for the email and add to your safe senders list the email address so that you will receive any future important communications.
