The Region II Head Start Association invites you to submit your application to be a speaker at our 2024 Annual Conference. 

We look forward to receiving your proposal for an educational and engaging session! 

The conference will be held in-person at the Westin in St. Thomas - US Virgin Islands on Monday, October 28 to Thursday, October 31, 2024.

This year, we have two choices - 90 minute presentations or 180 minute presentations. 

Presenters are allowed to submit multiple submissions.

Each submission should be sent in as a separate entry.

The following items are required for your submission:

• Presenter Name
• Presenter Organization 
• Presenter email
• Session Title
• Session Description
• Learning Objectives
• Co-presenter information 
• If the session will be presented in English or Spanish
• If you are willing to repeat the session
• The audio/visual needs for your session
• Any preferred time/date for your presentation 

Please note that the Region II Head Start Association does not provide funding for conference speakers. If your session is chosen, you will receive free registration to the 2024 conference. A/V including a projector and a screen will be provided free of charge. Speakers are responsible for covering their own travel costs.
