Technical Recommendations:
For all aspects of the event platform to run smoothly, viewing on a desktop computer or laptop is highly recommended.
Not all features will be compatible with a tablet or mobile device.
Be sure to use any major modern browser like Google Chrome (considered best), Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari.
A high speed internet connection, with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps is recommended to participate in sessions without experiencing interruptions.
You can test your internet speed using this link https://fast.com/ (recommended by PheedLoop developers). A hard-wired internet connection is more stable
than a wireless connection so if you seem to be having streaming problems, try connecting your device using an ethernet cable to see if the problem resolves.
