Submitting your sponsor application is a quick process, and you can edit your details at any time via the sponsor portal which you will be granted upon successfully submitting your application. Your sponsor profile will be instantly available in the event application, website, and other external systems, and will sync with any future changes you make.
SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT: The Texas Chiropractic College 2023 Bags and Bubbly Handbag Bingo event is scheduled to occur on September 30, 2023 from 12pm to 4pm. Texas Chiropractic College (TCC) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the site, hours or dates of the Event. TCC will attempt to notify Sponsors of any such changes as far in advance as possible.
COVID-19 SAFETY INFORMATION: While we realize that the COVID-19 pandemic is an ever-shifting dynamic affecting live events around the globe, we will make every effort to proceed with the in-person element of this event as planned. Where applicable (and required), all attendees, event staff and participating host venue staff will follow all mandated COVID-19 safety protocols. Texas Chiropractic College, our host facility and all associated partners will abide by state and local laws regarding in-person gatherings and COVID-19 safety measures and restrictions at all times. Texas Chiropractic College, and all event partners are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all attendees and event staff.
USE OF MARKS: Sponsor agrees not to use any trademarks, trade names, logos, slogans or other intellectual property owned by HOST or its affiliated or subsidiary companies (“HOST Marks”), except as permitted in, and in accordance with, HOST’s Brand Guidelines, which Sponsor hereby acknowledges receiving, and which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In its sole discretion, HOST may withhold or withdraw permission to display items or distribute souvenirs, advertising or any other material containing the HOST Marks. Sponsor may not issue any announcement or press release regarding the Event, or Sponsor’s participation in the Event, without the prior written consent of HOST.
NO ENDORSEMENT: Sponsor will not state or imply that its products or services are endorsed by TCC or TCC's affiliated or subsidiary companies and no approval by TCC or any of its affiliated or subsidiary companies of any of Sponsor’s content or part.
FORCE MAJEURE: TCC shall not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from failure to perform under this Agreement or to conduct the Event as currently scheduled in whole or part as a result of sickness, riot, government mandate, strike, civil disorder, act of war, failure of facilities, earthquake, storm, fire, flood, pandemic or other acts of God, or any reason of any kind what so ever beyond the reasonable control of TCC. In such event, TCC will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the Event. Notwithstanding any other terms or conditions of this agreement. Should it ultimately be impossible to hold the Event due to a force majeure event, TCC may retain or will be due such portion of the Sponsorship Fee as necessary to compensate TCC for expenses reasonably incurred up to the time the force majeure event occurred. All payments in excess of such expenses shall be refunded.
CONDUCT OF SPONSOR: Sponsor shall conduct its Event participation in a professional manner so as not to be objectionable to TCC, other Sponsors or participants, or the public. TCC reserves the right to restrict or prohibit exhibits or content which, because of noise, method of operation, content, or any other reason, are objectionable or otherwise detract from or are out of keeping with the character of the Event as a whole. TCC may prohibit or request removal or discontinuance of any exhibit or promotion that, if continued, deviates substantially from the design and description approved in advance by TCC. TCC and the venue reserve the right to close, remove or require changes in any exhibit or to remove any of Sponsor’s personnel, agents, representatives, independent contractors, invitees or guests who are deemed detrimental to TCC, the Event, other sponsors, the venue, or the public. If Sponsor or its representatives fail to observe the terms and conditions of this Agreement, or, in the opinion of TCC, conduct themselves unethically or detrimentally to TCC, Sponsor may be dismissed from Event without refund or other appeal.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TCC shall in no event be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by Sponsor, whether such action is in contract or tort, even if TCC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. TCC's entire liability for damages hereunder shall in no event exceed the Sponsorship Fee paid by Sponsor under this Agreement.
