Do you have an ideal model or successful initiative, unique to your trauma center, that is worthy of imitation? Showcase your best practice as a poster presentation at the TCAA 25th Annual Trauma Conference. Each submission will also be considered for a 2023 podium presentation. Best practices do not need to be a scientific abstract or evidence-based, however, if you have supporting evidence, we encourage you to include it. 

Your submission will include the following:

1. A short explanation for the reason this practice was developed; please include the history behind the program/project
2. The resources needed to accomplish this project
3. A description of the project or process
4. How the effectiveness of the project was determined; include any data you may have
5. Lessons learned, pros and cons
6. Conclusions, including pre/post data, stats if applicable

Instructions for Best Practice Submission:

• Each area/question has a 1,000-character limit
• Please do not include hospital, county or state name in the abstract
• All presenters must register and attend the virtual Annual Meeting on May 2-3, 2023 (The Best Practice Poster sessions will be held on May 2nd)

Deadline for submissions: January 3, 2023.
