Welcome to the AACC 2025 "United" World Conference Call for Papers! Below you will find help information to successfuly submit your proposal application for the event.

Deadlines: 

• Monday, June 10th, 2024: Proposal application portal opens. 
• Friday, October 25th, 2024: Last day to submit a proposal. 
• Friday, January 16th, 2025: Conference Committee and Program Director selections due. 
• Friday, January 30th, 2025: All applicants notified of proposal status via email. 

Continuing Education Guidelines:
Each workshop should be tailored to an individual audience, and minimum criteria must be met for each presenter/s. To view the requirements, please choose from one of the following: 

• For Medical Professionals/Psychologists: https://www.aacc.net/instruction-sheet-for-apa-ce-credit/. 
• For Professional Counselors, Marriage and Family Therapists and Social Workers: https://www.aacc.net/instruction-sheet-for-aswb-state-ce-credit/.  
• For Coaches, Non-licensed Counselors and Chaplains:  https://www.aacc.net/instruction-sheet-for-ibcc-ce-credit/. 

Proposal Guidelines: 

• Track workshops are 75 minutes in length.
• Speakers are only able to present in one track workshop, including any co-presentations. There are no exceptions. 
• Applicants may not submit more than 3 proposals. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
• Upon acceptance, speakers will receive complimentary conference registration and Continuing Education (CE) credit.
