Submitting your exhibitor application is a quick process, and you can edit your details at any time via the exhibitor portal which you will be granted upon successfully submitting your application. Your exhibitor profile will be instantly available in the event application, website, and other external systems, and will sync with any future changes you make.
Terms & Conditions
Registration is required to participate in the conference, and can be done by completing the online registration process.
Arizona APCO/NENA reserves the right to modify the list of speakers, exhibitors, and/or the agenda for any reason without prior notice.
Attendees at the conference shall be fully liable for any damage they cause in the conference venue.
Force Majeure:
In the event that Arizona APCO/NENA is prevented from carrying out its obligations as a result of any cause beyond their control, such as, but limited to; acts of God, war, acts of terrorism, strikes, lockouts, flood, failure of third parties to deliver goods or services, Arizona APCO/NENA shall be relieved of its obligations and liabilities for as long as fulfillment is prevented.
Data Privacy:
By registering for an Arizona APCO/NENA event, you agree to allow Arizona APCO/NENA to use your personal information in registration and notification of activities related to the event. By registering, you agree to receive email and/or print communications from exhibitors and sponsors of the event unless you specifically opt out of receiving communications. If you allow your badge to be scanned on-site at an event by exhibitors/sponsors, you may be added to their mailing list and potentially contacted. Arizona APCO/NENA does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
Cancellation/Refund Terms:
Promotional, limited time, and early bird purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE.
The cancellation deadline is 21 days prior to the start of the conference.
Cancellations requested more than 120 days prior to the conference will receive a full refund of the subtotal.
Cancellations requested between 90 and 119 days prior to the conference will receive a refund in the amount of 75% of the subtotal.
Cancellations requested between 22 days and 89 days prior to the conference will receive a refund in the amount of 50% of the subtotal.
Service fees charged for payment processing will NOT be refunded.
Refunds may take up to 21 days to process.
Refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment was made.
These cancellation/refund terms will be followed regardless of cancellation reason, including force majeure.
Transfer/Substitution Terms:
Promotional, limited time, and early bird purchases are not eligible for transfer/substitutions.
Transfer/substitutions made more than 21 days prior to the start of the conference will be accepted at no additional cost. Transfer/substitutions made less than 21 days prior to the start of the conference will incur a $15.00 substitution fee.
