Submitting your exhibitor application is a quick process, and you can edit your details at any time via the exhibitor portal which you will be granted upon successfully submitting your application. Your exhibitor profile will be instantly available in the event application, website, and other external systems, and will sync with any future changes you make.
Thank you for your support as an exhibitor at the above event/CME activity. A special exhibitor area has been established adjacent to, but outside of the main educational venue. Exhibits are promotional events and your company will have no influence on the selection of speakers, topics, or other components of the event/CME activity. Acceptance of this offer to exhibit in no way creates an expectation or obligation to purchase or recommend your company’s products or services. As this exhibit is held in conjunction with an accredited CME activity, all ACCME requirements will be strictly observed and enforced by the CME Provider.

By signing and submitting your application below, I affirm that I have read and understood all information contained within the exhibitor agreement. I agree to abide by all the rules, regulations and standards set forth by the ACCME in their Standards Document. I understand that by violating any of the above rules, regulations, or standards I can be asked to leave the meeting without benefit of a refund. I also understand that if I cancel after my agreement has been accepted, I am responsible for the registration fee and will only receive a refund if the space can be reassigned within 7 days of the program.
