Exhibitor Application

Thank you for your interest in Exhibiting at our Annual Conference and Trade Show! This year's Conference will take place October 1-3, 2023 at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort in Orlando, Florida. 

The Trade Show Floor is SOLD OUT! If you would like to be notified if a booth becomes available, please contact us at events@ibpsa.com.

Each Exhibitor Registration includes the following:
  • (1) 10' x 10' booth with 8' back panel and 3' side panels
  • Admittance for two (2) booth managers. Additional booth managers (up to 2) may be added for an additional cost of $350 per person
  • Lunch is provided on days 1 & 2; as well as snacks/drinks throughout the conference
  • An Exhibitor Portal where you can manage your own "look" for the conference website Exhibitor Directory, manage your attendees, receive Exhibitor-specific news, and pull Lead Retrieval reports. 
  • Lead Retrieval is available as an add-on purchase. Utilizing the conference app, your team will be able to scan attendee badge QR codes with their own phones, make additional notes, and have contact details automatically loaded to the lead retrieval reporting system. 
  • Compliant liability insurance, which meets all our requirements, is included with your booth space fee. You will no longer need to go through all the hassles and costs of getting and submitting your own compliant insurance. We want to make exhibiting at our show less stressful and as easy as possible. 
  • There is a purchase limit of two (2) booths. If you require additional space, please contact us at events@ibpsa.com

          Non-Members:                 $2500
          Lead Retrieval:                 $199/per Exhibitor
          Additional Booth Staff: $350/per person

AVAILABLE ADD-ONS:
          Lead Retrieval:                 $199/per Exhibitor
          Additional Booth Staff: $350/per person
          Premium Furniture Package: $250/booth (provides 1-6' table, 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket)
          Internet Connection:     $150/connection
         Top Golf Networking Event: $100/ticket (pre-registration is required)

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE:
     Exhibitor Load In: Saturday September 30 - 8:00am-4:00pm
     (All Exhibitor booths must be setup and complete by 4:30pm on Saturday, September 30th for approval by the Fire Marshall.)
     Trade Show Floor Hours: TBD
     Exhibitor Load Out: Tuesday, October 3 - 2:00pm (tentative)


Cancellation Policy  
  • 50% refund: through May 31, 2023
  • No refund: Beginning June 1, 2023

IBPSA and/or the local Fire Marshall reserves the right to modify the Exhibition floor plan without notice or obligation for refund.
