All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted to admin@publicworks.ca by May 9th. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee as outlined below. No refunds will be issued after this or for no shows. Non-attendance does not excuse the participant’s financial obligation to pay the registration fees due to APWA Alberta.
Registrations may be transferred to another colleague for this event at any time prior to the event by sending written authorization to admin@publicworks.ca. However, registration fees cannot be transferred to another future event.
In the event, a refund is entitled APWA Members will receive a full refund, less a $20 administrative fee. Non-members will be subject to a $50 administrative fee.
Disclaimer:All supplies and eqiupment of any kind brought onto the premises by the exhibitor before, during or after the show shall be at the exhibitor's own risk absolutely. Trade Show Management, facility Management and their employees and agents shall be protected and indemnified from all claims made by or on account of loss or dmage to property or injury or death resulting from the show or occupancy of the space allotted as per this agfreement.
Other items may be attained if advised prior to the trade show. Cost will be at the price charged by the Convention Services.
