For Early Bird Exhibitors, payment in full is due by February 14, 2023. For Regular Rate Exhibitors, payment in full is due by March 29, 2023.
By registering for a trade show booth for the 2023 BCLA Conference, you agree to abide by the
Conference Code of Conduct and all health and safety guidelines as determined by BCLA. This includes attending fragrance-free, and may include but is not limited to following public health practices such as wearing a mask, social distancing, showing official proof of vaccination status, etc.
The BC Library Association and our Conference staff and trade show service providers may contact you by email about your booth &/or sponsorship.
Cancellation:Any cancellation requests should be sent to
shannon@dfcevents.ca. A $200 handling fee is applied, and the remainder will be refunded. No refunds after February 28, 2023. In the event that the 2023 Trade Show & Conference is cancelled due to any Public Health Orders that restrict in-person events from proceeding, a full refund will be issued.
