The craft brewing industry’s top brewers, decision-makers, thought leaders and supporters from Canada and beyond will gather in Niagara Falls for three days of education, networking and two days in the Suppliers Marketplace with 200+ exhibitors and delicious craft beer & food.
This year's OCBC Suppliers Marketplace is 54,000 square feet of exhibit space hosting 200+ supplier exhibitors at 10’x10’, 10’x20’ and 20’x20’ booth spaces featuring everything from large scale machinery to equipment demos and more!
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

MARKETPLACE SPACE INCLUDES:
10’x10’, 10’x20’ & 20’x20’ each include only:
- 3′ high side drape and 8′ high back drape is provided along with a small identification sign with your company name.
- One (1) six-foot table (if required)
- Two (2) side chairs (if required)
- One (1) Black table skirt
MARKETPLACE SPACE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Electrical
- Wi-Fi (no access in the Marketplace)
- Carpeting/Floor covers
- A/V
- Food and/or drink is not permitted to be served at your booth unless a sampling agreement form has been completed.
- Any additional furniture, tables or chairs beyond what is supplied (1 table, 2 chairs, one black linen) must be ordered directly through STRONCO exhibitorservices@stronco.com

The exhibitor also agrees to remove displays and equipment from the show site by the final move-out time limit, or in the event of failure to do so, the exhibitor agrees to pay for such additional cost as may be incurred. Tear down of booths is prohibited until after the show closes at 6:00pm on Wednesday October 30th, 2019. A $500.00 penalty shall be imposed on any Suppliers found dismantling their booth before 6 p.m. on Wednesday, October 30, 2019.

BEER SERVICE FROM BOOTHS:
- Must be approved by the OCBC Committee
- Can only be served from booths that are 20’ x 20’ in size
- There will be an additional fee; please contact Jenny Mulkins for details
- All beer must be Ontario Craft Beer
- Beer must be brought in under the OCBC SOP; however, the supplier is responsible for obtaining, shipping and coordinating all beer on-site
FOOD/DRINK SERVICE FROM BOOTHS:
Any exhibitor wishing to sample food or beverage at the Scotiabank Centre must complete the Food Sales and Sampling Application Form by the date specified on the application. Please contact Ray Anderson at: randerson@fallsconventions.com
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
Upon approval to participate, eligible suppliers will receive an electronic agreement confirming pricing, outline of payment details and invoice via the Pheedloop system. Supplier has the option to pay a non-refundable amount of 25% of the booth space, with the final billing due on the last day before the next price increase. The 25% deposits is no longer an avilable option after September 18th, 2019.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATION POLICY:
Suppliers wishing to cancel their booth space commitment must do so in writing to Jenny Mulkins: jenny@boostpr.ca. Cancellations made prior to September 1, 2019 are subject to forfeiture of their 25% deposit. Cancellations made after September 1, 2019 will result in a 100% forfeiture of booth payments.
ARTWORK AND DEADLINE:
In order to be featured in the printed guide all artwork and booths MUST BE booked by Sept. 20, 2019. Any booking after that date will not be included in the printed guide.
SPACE ALLOCATIONS:
Suppliers Marketplace exhibitors can identify their top three booth locations based on a floor plan that will be updated weekly by the OCBC technical committee. OCBC Technical Committee reserves the right to assign final booth placement on a first-come, first-served basis and taking competitive sensitivities into account. No on-site booth changes are permitted without the express permission of the OCBC technical committee.
*OCBC does not guarantee exhibitors will get their top three preferred booths but will do its best to accommodate.
LOST CONFERENCE BADGES / TEAR DOWN FINES:
There will be a fee of $150 CDN to replace any lost or stolen badges. Suppliers found dismantling their booth before 6 p.m. on Wednesday, October 30 may receive a fine of $500 CND.
PHOTO RELEASE:
Supplier grants permission to Ontario Craft Brewers, and sponsors of the event to utilize any photographs, motion pictures, videotapes, recordings and any other references or records of the Ontario Craft Brewers & Suppliers Marketplace that may depict, record or refer to supplier for any purpose.
SECURITY:
Ontario Craft Brewers is not responsible to the supplier for any loss arising out of suppliers use of the Exhibit Hall including power interruptions, utility failure and “acts of God.” In the event that the Suppliers Marketplace shall not be held for any reason, the liability of the Ontario Craft Brewers to the supplier will be limited to the payment received for the rental of space.
Safekeeping of suppliers’ property shall remain the responsibility of the supplier. Security and precautions will be put in place during installation and overnight, however, neither the Ontario Craft Brewers, the Scotiabank Centre or service contractors, are responsible for the safety of the property of exhibitors from theft, damage by fire, accident, vandalism or other causes.
LIABILITY AND INSURANCE:
INSURANCE: The Ontario Craft Brewers Conference is insured against liability and property damage. Vendors are responsible for their own theft and liability insurance.
The supplier/exhibitor shall obtain and maintain at its own expense during the period commencing on the first move-in date (Monday, October 28th, 2019) and terminating on the last move-out date (Wednesday, October 30th, 2019). The policy of liability insurance shall protect show management (Ontario Craft Brewers) and insure the exhibitor against all claims, demands, actions or proceedings for sums of money, damages, costs, penalties and losses and all liability which may be imposed by law for loss of life, personal injury, or damage to or loss of property arising from or in any way connected with the exhibitor’s presence or operations at the show. Certificate of Insurance naming Ontario Craft Brewers as an additional named insured in the amount of $2,000,000. All policies must be on file prior to the event dates.
APPROVALS/VIOLATION OF EXHIBIT SPACE:
Participation of all supplier exhibitors must be approved by OCB. OCBC19 committee reserves the right to refuse any companies or individuals deemed unsuitable to the event. OCBC committee is entitled to demand the removal of exhibits which prove to be dangerous, a cause of annoyance or a violation of show booth regulations. If this demand is not complied with, the said items will be removed by the OCBC at the expense of the exhibitor. If a violation of this type occurs, the OCBC may ban the said exhibitor from participating in the next event.
