The Salt Lake City Marriott at City Creek is sold out!  We have secured rooms at the Radisson Hotel which is next door to the Salt Palace Convention Center.  You may reserve your room at the Radisson HERE.  

NOTE:  On site registration will only be accepted with a check, credit card of purchase order in hand.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Refunds will be honored (less 25% administrative costs) if cancellations are in writing or sent via email on or prior to September 30, 2022.  Refund requests will not be honored after that date and payment will be required whether or not you attend the conference.  Refund requests received on or before September 30, 2022, will be processed at the conclusion of the conference.  By continuing with your registration, you are indicating that you agree with these terms and conditions.
