Address Validation During Registration

Are you tired of dealing with incorrect addresses or typos when attendees register for your event? We've got you covered with our newly released Address Validation feature!

By enabling the Address Validation feature in the Event Dashboard, your attendees can now ensure that their address information is accurate from the start. When the registrant begins typing their street address, they will see a list of valid addresses begin to populate based on the information they enter. Upon selecting the correct address, the system will automatically populate the remaining address fields (city, state, country, postal code, etc.)! This minimizes the need for back-and-forth communication and enhances event planning efficiency, ensuring a smoother registration experience for everyone involved!

Collect Address Override Feature 

Registration is arguably one of the most important workflows in your event. It is the point at which you collect all of the critical details from your attendees, so you want to ensure that it is configured to collect only the necessary information without asking too much of your registrants. That’s why we’ve developed the Collect Address Override Feature!  

This feature ​​allows you to only require certain address fields like phone number, country, etc. Previously, you could only set the requirement that the full address had to be filled out in order to progress to the next step.​​With the Collect Address Override feature, organizers have the flexibility to require only certain address fields, such as phone number or country, during registration. So, you can say goodbye to information overload and say hello to streamlined data collection! 

Protected Category Link

Want to send a registration link to a subset of invitees that is not publicly visible to all invitees? Now you can with the Protected Category Link feature!

This newly released feature enables you to send a protected registration link that is dedicated to a certain group of invitees. This means that the Protected Category is not visible from the public registration page and only visible to people who have been sent the private link. Want to take this a step further? Use our category email whitelist/blacklist feature to allow only verified email addresses to access the category. As an event planner, PheedLoop offers you unlimited tools to personalize the experience for each attendee, providing a tailored experience that increases attendee satisfaction and engagement all with just a few clicks!

Country Whitelist

When it comes to event planning, maintaining control is key. This is especially true when it comes to controlling where your registrants can register from. That's where our innovative Country Whitelist feature comes in.

Whether you're hosting a regional event or targeting demographics in specific geographic locations, this feature is the perfect solution. By restricting registration to attendees from certain countries, you can ensure that your event reaches the right audience. This means you have the tools to ensure that the event is accessible to the intended audience while maintaining control over who can participate.

Include Payment Links in Invoice

Simplify payments and offer a seamless user experience with our newly added Payment Links In Invoice feature! This feature automatically generates payment links within invoices, providing attendees with the option to settle their payments directly from the invoice itself. Whether they prefer to pay immediately or at a later date, this seamless payment process eliminates the need for manual transactions and reduces the risk of errors.

Of course, the ability to collect alternative forms of payment persists. If you allow payment via check, wire transfer, EFT, and other payment methods, you can accept those payments outside of the platform and update your registration records in Pheedloop. This way you can ensure that your transaction records in PheedLoop are your source of truth for financial information at your events.
