Several times a day, we get notes from event managers exploring PheedLoop for their events, describing their on-site registration nightmares. From endless name adjustments and long line ups, to the terrifying scramble involving teams of temp staff huddled over trays full of pre-printed badges.
It's no surprise that the most popular product we developed over the last year is our self check-in and badge printing system - and it just got a lot better!

- Real-time notifications! All accounts can now associate the phone numbers and email addresses of their on-site staff to custom tags. Whenever an attendee with that tag checks in (say a VIP, or specific speaker perhaps), they'll get an SMS and email notification alerting them!
- Display payment statuses! The self check-in screen now lists the payment status of all purchases of the attendee, along with their tickets and registrations. Now you'll never miss charging someone who hasn't fully paid yet.
- Custom check-in messages! Customize and personalize the check-in greeting for different groups of attendees, and make them look even better with custom HTML and CSS.
