As many of you know, making events accessible is a mission of ours here at PheedLoop and this year one of the things we’re going to be working aggressively on is making PheedLoop the only platform you’ll ever need for all the ways you gather. From mini workshops at your team’s next retreat, or thousands of people gathering for your flagship annual event in Vegas, to everyday virtual meetings/webinars that may only run for 30 minutes, or a virtual quarterly review bringing your global remote workforce together.
To chip away at this mission of ours, late in 2021 we proudly announced PheedLoop’s unlimited free tier, which has been a game changer for organizations as they are now migrating all their smaller events to PheedLoop at no additional cost.
Also in 2021, we announced that we have a member and community management platform coming soon. Several organizations have already started experimenting with beta features, and there are countless more on the way. Not only will this help organizations consolidate their events to help with finance, analytics, subscriptions, and integrations, but many are also looking forward to replacing their AMS and CRM tools with PheedLoop.
Today, we’re proud to announce that multiple event types are supported within a single account and organization in PheedLoop. This means you can create events with a variety of features to suit their individual needs. Combine this with our popular and low-cost usage based pricing model, to start paying even less than ever by not paying for features you don’t need for every event!
A challenge in PheedLoop and just about all event technology platforms is running multiple different types of events within the same account for an organization. Workarounds used to be needed if an organization wanted to separate finances and functionality. For example, your organization’s webinars with under 100 people (which are now totally free to run!) are very different from your in-person tradeshow and conference experiences that draw thousands of people. The webinars simply don’t need all the features like booth sales, floor plans, mobile apps, ticketing, etc.
PheedLoop’s multiple event types system now allows you to define as many event types as you would like, and associate events under a specific type to unlock (or lock) specific features. Of great importance is the fact that you can purchase credits for specific event types now, so this means if you have 50% of your total usage for small virtual events throughout the year and 50% for large and complex in-person events, you don’t have to overpay for the webinars.
Many of you had to create multiple PheedLoop accounts to accomplish your varied event needs throughout the year. This often required individual contracting and financing, but most notably, it required maintaining multiple accounts which forced data to be separated. In particular, attendee data.
As many of you know, we are working aggressively towards releasing a full community and member management suite of tools. Plus, with the launch of our free event tier and countless new features on a weekly basis, the true value of being a PheedLoop user will be most evident when you have a single source of truth for all your data. This will help you sell, market, manage and compare data faster and more efficiently. Once you start tapping into our ever expanding API and developer tools, the possibilities are endless.
