If you’ve used our platform before, you’ll be familiar with the Attendee Portal. The Attendee Portal is available to anyone registering for an event on the PheedLoop platform and allows them to edit information such as title, designation, dietary restrictions, etc. after they’ve already registered as an attendee on PheedLoop. The Attendee Portal has always had a simple and easy-to-use interface that allows people to edit their information in an effortless manner.
While we do maintain and update the Attendee Portal from time to time, it was about time that it got a brand new look and feel! And now that we’ve officially launched Member Management on PheedLoop, we wanted to jumpstart the product announcements with our brand new Member Portal, which is going to be replacing the old Attendee Portal that you’re all familiar with.
The Member Portal is a secure webpage that is available to attendees of any of your events or your organization members. It now serves as one singular portal that stays the same for an attendee across all their events, so that they don’t have to remember several links, and instead have the ability to view, access, and edit information for all their events under one roof.

There are also multiple new sign in options. If an attendee were to forget their password, they can easily reset it or request a one time login code that’s sent straight to their emails.
We’ve been slowly transitioning all of our products on the platform to be more accessible to everyone. Starting with the new Event Website, Registration system, Virtual Portal and now the Member Portal, all of our online interfaces are fully WCAG 2.1 AA compliant. We also support translations in multiple languages, including English, French, German, Chinese, Arabic, Afrikaans, Danish, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Swahili, Ukrainian, and more!
Whether you attend one event or multiple events, when registering in a PheedLoop event you will receive invoices or receipts. These dynamic PDF documents also include QR code tickets! With the Member Portal - you are now able to see all of these important files across all of your events. This is extremely useful if you are looking to download these important files for whatever your reason may be. When applicable, you are also able to transfer tickets within the Member Portal. In the future, we will allow the capability for organizations to sell purchases or add-on tickets inside of the Member Portal rather than directing attendees to the registration flow.
