New month, new promo! PheedLoop’s April Promotion provides 5x Exhibitor Lead Retrieval & Marketplace Credits for FREE to clients who sign an agreement by 4:59 PM EST on Friday, April 28th, 2023.

Lead Retrieval allows exhibitors to scan attendees on-site through the event app to save them as a lead. Exhibitor representatives can grade the attendee and leave notes on their conversation, which will be visible in the exhibitor’s exportable leads report.

The Exhibitor Marketplace allows exhibitors to sell products and services to attendees through the event app. This is an excellent opportunity to open up a new revenue stream for you and your exhibitors by selling attendees tokens which they can then redeem for products and services on-site!

What is the Exhibitor Marketplace?

Exhibitor Marketplace is an industry-first, game-changing feature that will allow attendees to instantly purchase products and services sold by exhibitors directly within the PheedLoop Go Event App!

This feature will provide a brand new way for attendees to engage with exhibitors, while also creating new revenue streams for exhibitors and event organizers. Here's how it works:

  • Event organizers can sell tickets to attendees that provide them with an in-app event currency.
  • Attendees can then use this currency to purchase products and services from exhibitors on-site at the event.
  • Exhibitors can redeem on-site purchases via the Marketplace tab payout, and exchange their collected currency with the event organizer for a cash payout.
  • Please note, this feature will only be unlocked for exhibitors who purchase Lead Retrieval.

1. Create a Brand New Way for Attendees to Engage with Your Exhibitors

The Exhibitor Marketplace is an incredibly powerful tool for engaging attendees with exhibitors. Attendees will be able to browse through a list of products and services to purchase via the Marketplace tab, which will also be tied to individual exhibitor profiles in the Exhibitor Directory. This feature is particularly powerful for consumer-style events, as attendees will be able to discover new products and services relevant to their likes and interests that they might not have known about otherwise.

This is an excellent opportunity for exhibitors to showcase their products and services to a wider audience, and to build relationships with potential customers! Attendees will be able to browse and purchase on-site at the event or via the Event App without needing to carry cash or cards, which means that they are more likely to make purchases, benefitting both the exhibitor and the event organizer.

2. Help Your Exhibitors Discover a New Stream of Revenue

The Exhibitor Marketplace is not just a powerful engagement tool for attendees – it's also a great way for exhibitors to discover a new stream of revenue. By enabling exhibitors to sell their products and services on-site at the event or through the Event App, they can reach a wider audience and increase their sales.
