From a complete overhaul of the user interface to an improved user experience, this project is driven from your feedback, resulting in a sleeker, more intuitive design that ensures you and your attendees enjoy a seamless event experience. Now, attendees can find information faster and more easily with the simplified layouts and streamlined workflows.  

A notable update from this project is enhancing customization options for our users. With a new, expanded color palette, users can now align their event websites with their brand’s identity and theme more accurately. From bold tones to vibrant colors, the choice is yours!  

Recognizing the need in today’s tech-savvy world, the refreshed Event Website adapts flawlessly to desktops, tablets, and smartphones. This update gives your attendees unmatched flexibility, regardless of the device they choose to access your event content.

Since its release, our Event Website has received overwhelmingly positive feedback from event planners. Introducing the PheedLoop OnSite App

July marked an exciting milestone for our on-site event management module with the launch of the PheedLoop OnSite App, a game-changer for event organizers everywhere. Before the introduction of the app, tasks like attendee check-in and session tracking required desktop access which limited flexibility during fast-paced events. 

To address these challenges, our team has built the PheedLoop Onsite App where event organizers can easily perform event check-in, session check-in, lead retrieval, and manage live displays in the palm of their hand. 

A standout feature that the app offers users is real-time updates, ensuring everyone on your team stays up-to-date with the event's logistics and allowing quick adjustments and responsive decision-making as needed.

Feedback from our users has been overwhelmingly positive, particularly from teams who don’t opt for our OnSite Support Service. Many have shared how the app’s intuitive design has been integral in managing their events effectively, even with teams of varying ages and technical expertise. With the One-Time Login Code, PheedLoop set a new standard for simplicity. This update eliminates the need for remembering usernames and passwords, simplifying the login process to the event app significantly. Now, attendees can input the single-use code that is sent directly to their email inbox to log in to the app, gaining instant access to event schedules, eBadge, exhibitors profiles, and so much more! 

Since its release in September, this small yet impactful update has been a game-changer. Event organizers and our OnSite support teams have reported a noticeable drop in attendee inquiries about login challenges compared to previous years, making the event experience smoother and more efficient for everyone involved. By removing barriers to access, the One-Time Login Code has elevated both usability and satisfaction, ensuring attendees can enjoy and participate in your event with confidence!
