PheedLoop Sub-processors

Last updated: October 1, 2026

Overview

PheedLoop uses the sub-processors below to deliver its platform. A sub-processor is a third party that PheedLoop engages to process personal data on behalf of our clients, such as attendee registration details.

Some sub-processors support the platform for every client. Others are used only when an organizer turns on the feature they support, such as SMS messaging or livestreaming. Each sub-processor is bound by written terms requiring data protection at least as strong as PheedLoop's commitments to our clients.

Tools added by organizers

Organizers connect their own accounts for payment processing (Stripe, PayPal including Payflow, Moneris, Bambora and Authorize.Net) and for Zoom sessions. They can also add their own tools to their event sites, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or custom scripts. The organizer chooses and controls these tools, so they are not PheedLoop sub-processors. Organizers are responsible for their own agreements and any consent those tools require.

Changes to this list

PheedLoop gives clients at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor. If a change is needed urgently to keep the service running, protect data integrity or recover from an emergency, PheedLoop may make it immediately and will notify clients as soon as possible afterward. Clients keep the same right to object to an emergency change.
