We’ve added protection against double-booked meetings in the mobile app.

How It Works:

• Taken Times Are Off the Table: When attendees request a meeting, times the other person already has filled show as “Unavailable” and can’t be picked. Nothing is revealed about what’s booked or whose time it is.
• Both Sides Are Checked: Requests are checked against the confirmed meetings and registered sessions of both the requester and their guest. Accepting a request is checked too, so two requests for the same slot can’t both go through.
• You Stay in Control: A new setting in your event’s meeting settings, “Allow attendees to book over existing meetings and sessions,” brings back the previous behaviour anytime. Meetings you create yourself aren’t affected.

No more untangling overlapping meetings by hand: attendees can only book times that work for everyone.
