We’ve changed how attendees get into your white-label mobile app: they now log in first, then go straight to their own events.

How It Works:

• Log In Before Anything Else: Attendees sign in when they open the app. They no longer start by searching for an event.
• Only the Events They’re Registered For: After logging in, attendees see only the events they’re registered for in your organization, and they can search within that list.
• Requires an App Update: Your white-label app needs an update before this works. Until then, attendees keep the current search-first flow.

Attendees reach the right event faster, without scrolling past events they aren’t part of.
